To share tender feelings
To wallow
In mushy loving admiration
The girl I was when young
Sharing kisses and touches
Love words and gooiness
She's been gone for so long
Chased away by
The stresses in life
Horrors, scares, trauma
Only returning
As an older maturer version
A mom
Snuggling, kissing and tickling
Most of the time
Too much sadness lingers
Drowned in sorrow
By circumstances
Sometimes while writing
Angry, contemplative, remembering words
I wish for more
I'd like to tell you
With warm hearted
Looks, touches and words
How very much
I love you
All fear and anger gone
Love flowing free
I will take pen in hand
Eyes shining with love
Mischievous humor
Anticipating your reaction
I will write you
